Elayne Pink has been in the travel industry for the past 15 years and has direct experience in all aspects of the travel industry. Elayne has worked in both large multi-branch and family owned/operated agencies and has acted as corporate agent, leisure travel agent and manager for nine branch agencies. Elayne is the main contact for our clients ensuring all travel needs are met and clients are satisfied.

Fred Mack operated a wholesale travel business for the past 10 years, obtaining large wholesale contracts with Continental Airlines, Avis Car rentals and numerous condominium complexes around the world. Fred's experience in obtaining net rates helps Absolute secure the best available pricing for clients. With a 20-year background with large financial institutions and as a small business owner, Fred values and provides detailed monthly reporting.

Elayne and Fred's skills are complimented by Shannon Mack who joined Absolute as a travel specialist in 2003, making a team of highly trained travel specialists who collectively have 25 years' experience in providing prompt professional services. We are constantly updating our knowledge and keeping current in the fast changing world of the traveler.

Our new Yarmouth office is staffed by Jane (Smith) Blades and Shelley Primrose, both are long time Yarmouth residents with more than 25 years travel experince. Jane and Shelley worked for L. G. Trask and the MacDonald Chisholm Travel agencies and hold many speciality travel designations, such as master cruise specialist, Hawaii specialist and Disney specialist, to name a few. Jane and Shelley can be found at our office at 262 Main Street and they bring with them a vast knowledge of the travel industry. Jane and Shelley are welcome additions to the Absolute Travel Specialist team.
